Adelynn and I returned to our roots with a fantastic weekend in Seattle. We stayed with our great friends, Jack and Gina....(and Brian)...we also had the chance to reconnect with all of the friends that made Seattle such a special home for us!!! We missed it the minute we stepped back on that plane....and still do!
Christopher convinced Adelynn to try tennis!
Adelynn turned five....and her mother lost her mind! We celebrated Adelynn's birthday with a magic party for 22 of her closest friends...yes, we hosted 22 5 year olds!
The girls are both growing like weeds!
Christopher returned to his Mennonite roots and began tilling the land....actually I got tired of driving twenty minutes to meet the produce truck parked at the gas station along highway 41...we decided to plant a garden.
In other news, I took a job as the Director of Residential Life at Finlandia University...I am really excited. It appears that yet again, I have been blessed with the opportunity to pursue my personal interests....and still be a full time mom! I never thought I would be that lucky again! Chris is enjoying his classes and is really thankful that the riggors of math have ended. We are looking forward to the beautiful summer of the Keewanaw!
