Halloween....Again! This holiday has somehow morphed into a month long extravaganza! Whatever you call it: fall festival, pumpkin fest, Halloween festival it is the same...as a parent you watch your children eat enough refined sugar to kill a rat and you are continually putting on and taking off a costume....but it is fun and I am always more appreciate of November 1st.
The girls are busy as ever and we are slowly accepting the fact that it will snow....and it will snow soon. I feel fortunate as friends elsewhere have already experienced a dusting, and we have not. We just hear that "this is the year"...I have been hearing this for years now, and I kinda believe that the time has come.
