It feels like spring! The snow has nearly melted and the sun has been shining this week. I think that temperatures nearly reached 70 degrees-which made everyone smile. We have been busy keeping up with EVERYTHING, but are looking forward to May. May means the end of the academic year at Finlandia and I am taking most of the month off from work to spend some time on household projects and to play with the girls.
Adelynn is turning 7 in a couple of weeks...which takes my breath away! She is growing up so quickly, but neither Chris or I could be more proud of the person that she is. She is such a kind and creative person.
Isabelle continues to develop along her unpredictable path. She is still in love with baby dolls and princesses-I guess anything that is pink. We have finally said good-bye to diapers (except at night :( )...which is a huge milestone for us! The baby days are gone and now on to watching her grow.
Chris continues to amaze. He is doing so well juggling it all. Classes are going well for him, and he is enjoying the quiet time at work...as the baseball team is on the road quite a bit and spring soccer has come to an end.
We had a quiet Easter. The girls enjoyed hunting for eggs, and once again, Isabelle found it challenging to keep with Addy because she was too busy trying to eat everything as she found it. That girl as a sweet tooth like nothing I have ever seen-except maybe her fathers.
